Coin Collector's Puzzle Trail

Stage Navigation & Objectives

Each level presents a new layout where the main task is to move from one entry point to the next exit. Along the way, every coin must be gathered. Some coins are placed in plain sight, while others are tucked away behind environmental puzzles or simple tasks. The side-view perspective gives a clear overhead of the stage, helping players plan their route efficiently. Time is a limiting factor, so each move should be deliberate.

Hidden Elements & Riddle Mechanics

Not all coins are immediately visible. Certain coins require solving short riddles or completing small actions to reveal them. These hidden elements add a layer of exploration beyond simple pathfinding. Players must examine every corner of the stage and interact with objects that might trigger a coin to appear. This design encourages thoroughness and rewards curiosity.

Item Usage & Obstacle Management

Throughout the stages, players can pick up items that help overcome barriers or reach otherwise inaccessible areas. Using these items at the right moment is key to collecting all coins and finishing within the time limit. Items are limited, so wasting them can make a level impossible to complete perfectly. Strategic thinking about when and where to use each tool is essential.

Star Rating & Replay Incentives

After finishing a level, players receive a star rating based on how many coins were collected and whether optional objectives were met. Achieving three stars often requires revisiting a stage to find a more efficient route or to locate all hidden coins. This system adds replay value and encourages mastery of each layout. The star rating is visible on the level select screen, motivating players to improve their performance.

Visual Style & Platform Compatibility

The game uses pixel art with a charming, retro aesthetic that appeals to players of all ages. The side-view perspective is clear and functional, making it easy to read the environment. This game is designed for desktop computers and works best with a keyboard or mouse. A full-screen mode is available for a more immersive experience. The simple controls and straightforward objectives make it accessible to casual players while still offering depth for those seeking a challenge.
